Day One

Ok so I decided to start this diet at suppertime. Wait ok let me back up. So I gained weight and somehow kept the weight from my last pregnancy.WAYLON! I love you! I tried the amazing pink drink Plexus Slim....NOPE! In 3 months I lost 10 pounds and gained 15 then lost 13pounds.  I am not all crazy with the eating junk food. In fact it RARELY inters the house. I very seldom fry anything it is usually grilled or Pam sprayed. With 4 kids I have really poor eating habits. Mainly not having the time to actually eat. My day is sorta like this: baby gets up I feed him, get a quick snooze before the older 3 wake up. I feed them, start house work and get them situated with what they need to do like brush teeth get out of pjs and before I know it; it is lunch time. So I get them lunch and then play with them till baby takes a nap then I continue my daily chores. Then I realize oh, I need to get started on supper. Well, at-least I eat that! .So I have decided to get some chocolate whey protein drink mix from Jillian Michale's and The ONLY reason I started this tonight is because my family ate all the hotdogs! So instead of waking up in the middle of the night chewing on my arm I decide to cut up a banana and mix it with the protein and skim milk. YUM! I want to try other stuff with it! I can so do this!! So ok I have to MAKE sure I eat or drink Breakfast, Lunch, and/ or Dinner!!! I might have to set an alarm or two hahahahaha!

My starting weight is 203 LBS. I shall put a picture up later. And I guess I have to post when I think about it my progress.
